I love my Nate Berkus Headboard  / Tabret, VA 1/30/2010
Its just beautiful, I got it in Velvet Buckwheat. Was very easy to assemble, looks Beautiful in my bedroom with my colors, looks great with my Item No: 545-587 Style Elements Sundance 7-piece Comforter Set QUEEN. Thank you HSN , its the best thing Ive ever ordered . Thanks From VA.
tufted headboard  / unhappyinnyc, NY 1/28/2010
this was my first experience with HSN and will definitely be my last. i ordered the tufted headboard and realized two hours later that i had ordered the wrong color. i called, ordered the correct color and spoke to an operator who assured me when the first order arrived i could return it immediately. its been a nightmare - return shipping quotes for the headboard i didn't want are in excess of $400. ironically the headboard i want to keep has a terrible smell - it's impossible to sleep in the room. customer service has been unpleasant and unhelpful thus far...
Headboard okay but HSN customer service is lacking  / Kentuck, 1/13/2010
This product is okay. It looks nice but the quality is lower than I expected. The corners on the first headboard had holes and fraying. HSN agreed to the return and I ordered a replacement headboard. The 2nd headboard is also fraying in the corners but not as noticeable. I have added fabric glue to try to strengthen it. Unfortunately the frame is not even so one side of the bed hits the wall. I would return the headboard but HSN has failed to get their act together and pick up the 1st one. It has been 4 months and the 1st headboard is sitting in my dining room waiting for HSN to pick up. There is a weekly exchange with HSN and they promise to complete the pick up but that has yet to occur. I would not recommend this headboard and I definitely would not recommend HSN. This is my first and last experience with HSN.
Great headboard for the price  / MD83, NC 12/6/2009
I've looked for a headboard for a long time, and feel that this is an excellent value. I ordered the sandstone King size and am so pleased with it! The color is a very nice light tan. The material looks like linen. It's a great neutral color that goes with almost anything. The tufting makes the headboard look very elegant. I would highly recommend this headboard.

I bought this headboard for my son's bedroom and it changes the whole look of the room. It looks great! Its very stylish...worth the price. I would recommend it.
